This article will outline how to configure your DNS records to point to the Site Arrow Hosted Email servers.
Note: Do not make any DNS changes until the domains and mailboxes are set up on the Site Arrow Email Service system.

Mail DNS configurations for Hosted Email accounts

You can use this simple example to configure the required DNS records for your domain to use Site Arrow's Hosted Email service.
The DNS records are as follows (replace supportexample.com with your_domain.tld):

mail.supportexample.com. CNAME mail.supportexample.com.cust.hostedemail.com.
supportexample.com. MX mx.supportexample.com.cust.hostedemail.com. Priority 10
supportexample.com. TXT "v=spf1 include:_spf.hostedemail.com ~all"
_dmarc.supportexample.com. TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none;"
k1._domainkey.supportexample.com. CNAME k1.supportexample.com.dkim.hostedemail.link
k2._domainkey.supportexample.com. CNAME k2.supportexample.com.dkim.hostedemail.link
